Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals aged 18+ residing in the United States. Employees, affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
No Purchase Necessary: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. While no purchase is required, participants must download the Abe app to enter the giveaway. Participation is free.
Entry Method
To enter, participants must download the Abe app and share their unique referral link by pressing the "share button" on the dashboard. Participants can choose to share their referral link via Instagram, text message, or other available sharing options. Each valid referral counts as one entry into the giveaway. Referrals are only valid if the referred individual downloads the Abe app, creates an account, and completes account setup. For example, if a participant refers three people, they will receive three entries. All referrals must be completed before 11:59 PM PST on December 31, 2024.Prize Details
The prize consists of $1,000 for one randomly selected participant and $1,000 for one individual they referred. If the winner referred multiple people, we will randomly select one of their referrals as the secondary winner. Abe reserves the right to make the final decision on prize recipients. All prizes will be issued as cash.Fraud Prevention
Referrals will be verified to ensure fairness. Verification may include confirming app downloads, checking referral sources, and reviewing activity logs for irregular behavior. Fraudulent activities, such as self-referrals, using fake accounts, or attempts to manipulate the giveaway, will result in immediate disqualification. Abe reserves the right to deny entry to any participant suspected of fraudulent behavior.Winner Notification and Selection
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. Notifications will be sent via email and in-app message on January 1, 2025. Selected winners must complete a verification process to confirm eligibility before being declared as winners. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected. The secondary winner will be randomly selected from the valid referrals made by the primary winner. If no valid referrals exist, the secondary prize may be awarded to another participant at Abe's discretion.Taxes and Fees
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Abe is not responsible for any additional fees, including transaction or bank fees, incurred during prize issuance.Prize Issuance
